My Park invests in shopping centres, retail parks, supermarkets and residential properties in Central and Eastern Europe.
In 2023, it acquired 60 supermarkets and 11 retail parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia from Germany's Trei Real Estate. In 2025, it expanded to Poland where MY Park operates 10 retail parks.
